Glynis A. Bryan has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 500 software and technology solutions integrator, since 2007. Prior to joining Insight, Ms. Bryan served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation Co. from 2005 to 2007 and as the Chief Financial Officer of APL Logistics from 2001 to 2005. Previously, she held various senior finance roles at Ryder System, Inc., including as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ryder’s largest business unit, Ryder Transportation Services, from 1999 to 2000. Ms. Bryan also serves as a director of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and served as a director of Pentair plc from 2003 to 2023.

Among Ms. Bryan’s experience, qualifications, attributes and skills for which she is considered a valuable member of the Board of Directors, Ms. Bryan brings significant experience and expertise in the areas of finance, accounting, treasury and capital structure management, business and strategic planning, risk management and digital transformations, through her more than 20 years of service as the chief financial officer for several large, multinational companies. She also has broad experience as a public company board member, including as the Chair of the Audit and Finance Committee for Pentair plc and as a member of the Audit, Finance and Nuclear & Operating Committees of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation.
