James L. Singleton is Chairman of Cürex Group Holdings, LLC, an institutional foreign exchange execution services and data analytics provider. He has held that position since May 2014, and until October 2023 he was also Chief Executive Officer. From 2010 to May 2014, he served as the Vice Chairman of Cürex Group Holdings, LLC. From 1994 to 2005, he served as the President of The Cypress Group LLC, a private equity firm of which he was a co-founder. Prior to founding Cypress, he served as a Managing Director in the Merchant Banking Group at Lehman Brothers. In addition, Mr. Singleton previously served as a director of ClubCorp, Inc., Danka Business Systems PLC and William Scotsman International, Inc.
