To meet the enormous scale of this project, the Wesco team provided full project management services, including:
- Store surveys and audits
- Material stocking and distribution
- Work scheduling with local store managers
- Permit application and approval
- Sub-contractor management
We also delivered a streamlined rebate and proposal process, created new standards in customer service, and accelerated execution. To handle the large number of simultaneous retrofits, we established dedicated product warehouses and secured additional suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supplies.
