Our Sales Development Training Program is a one-year rotational program that prepares an individual for a potential sales career with WESCO. The training we offer helps develop strong selling skills and overall business acumen while enhancing sales presence and offering opportunities to build a professional network. Successfully completing the program will result in a full-time inside sales position.
