Students who complete the summer internship program are granted early VIP access to interview for our rotational development program.
Wesco’s summer internship program provides students with real-world professional experience working for a Fortune® 200 company. During the program you will have the opportunity to develop your skill set and overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with other summer interns and senior leaders of the organization.

Our summer leadership conference is a one-day immersive experience, focused around giving underclassmen insight into our business and an understanding of what it’s like to work for a leading global distributor. During the conference, you’ll network with Wesco leaders and connect with current and previous program associates. This is a virtual conference and is NOT paid. Conference attendees also have early VIP access to interview for future internship opportunities.
