We partner with the world’s leading suppliers and innovators to deliver ingenious products and solutions to our customers. Our team members are problem solvers, risk-takers and innovators.

Step 1 What are your passions?

Deciding what’s next isn’t easy. What are your dreams and your interests? What company is right to help you build them? Take some time to think about your strengths, the type of work you enjoy, what areas you want to develop and your goals. We want you to come to Wesco to Be You, Be the Difference and Be Your Best. We’ll provide you with the opportunities and resources to help you get there.

Step 2 Explore Wesco

If you know all about Wesco and have been thinking about a career with us – thank you, we’re honored. If you’re new to Wesco and not sure what this is all about, we invite you to explore. What does it mean to “build, connect, power and protect the world?” Sounds like we’re superheroes, right? We like to think so. We invite you to learn about our company, our teams and how we’re making a difference.

Step 3 Search and Apply

At Wesco, we never stop building and that growth means lots of opportunities. Use our Job Search tool to narrow down to the positions that interest you most. Search by location, job function, job titles or keywords to hone in on the position. Be sure to review the responsibilities and qualifications. If the responsibilities are in line with your passions and you meet most of the minimum qualifications, we encourage you to apply (there’s no such thing as a “perfect” fit.). There is no limit to the number of positions you can apply for, so if more than one position catches your eye, go for it.

Step 4 Application Review and Interviewing

In the sea of other companies and jobs out there, we’re thrilled you’ve made the decision to apply.  While the interview process can be intimidating, we think you’ll find our Wesco team to be welcoming and the process enjoyable! Here’s what to expect:

  • Your application will be reviewed by a member of our Hiring Team. If your experience and qualifications align with the position, you will be contacted about the next steps.

  • We’ll gather some additional information about you through the screening process, which may vary by position and location. This will help us understand more about your career interests, preferences and experience.

  • Depending on the role, you may be invited to take an assessment to give us more insight into your work styles, skills and behaviors. You’ll receive notification from a member of our recruiting team if this is applicable to the position which you’ve applied.

  • If you are selected to move forward, you’ll be invited to interview with the hiring team. The interview process will vary by position. It may consist of the hiring manager, leadership team, a future peer, and/or a key stakeholder. The opportunity to talk to multiple team members gives you more of a chance to learn about us so come prepared with your questions. Learn from the team what it’s like to work at Wesco.

  • Once the interviews have concluded, we’ll bring together the information we’ve gathered through the process and make our final decision.

    • If you’re selected as the best candidate for the job, you will be contacted by your Recruiter or Hiring Manager with an offer. Once you have accepted the offer, you’ll receive more information on what to expect next through the pre-boarding and onboarding process.

    • If you aren’t selected, you will be notified and we encourage you to come back to our Careers site to explore other opportunities.
